The preliminary design is a crucial phase in the development of any architectural project. In this stage we take all the details we’ve discussed and begin to give them a visual form. Basic project
Once the preliminary design has been approved, we move on to developing the basic project. This phase involves creating the plans and technical documents necessary to apply for the licenses and permits required by the authorities.
The basic project ensures that the design complies with all current regulations and standards, guaranteeing that the project is viable and legal before the execution begins. It is a crucial step to move forward with the construction or renovation of your space.
Executive project
The executive project is the phase in which the basic project is developed with all the necessary details for the execution of the construction. It includes the structural plans, installations, finishes, and technical specifications for each part of the project. This stage ensures that every element of the design is fully detailed and defined, allowing for precise measurements to be obtained. With this information, the builder can prepare a detailed budget, breaking down the cost of each item and ensuring that the entire construction process is carried out with clarity and precision.
Construction management
During the execution phase, our team is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction work, ensuring strict adherence to the executive project. Through regular site visits, we ensure detailed control at every stage of the process. Upon completion of the construction, we handle all the necessary documentation for the project’s acceptance and the closure of the administrative file with the corresponding town hall.
Aware that in a very short period of time we have changed our way of living, family structure, workplace and personal needs, I believe that architectural proposals must include flexibility and adaptability so that a home meets today's requirements but can also evolve in the future.
